Privacy Policy
All the information regarding our Privacy Policy.
Last update: July 2025
Below, we inform you about the processing of personal data we carry out at InvoiceFly. With this Privacy Policy, we aim to comply with all applicable data protection laws based on the regions in which we operate.
At InvoiceFly, we handle data in various contexts and across different types of relationships: leads, customers, website visitors, and users of our invoicing and time tracking platform. Some of these sections may apply to you, while others may not. If that’s the case, simply refer to the section that’s relevant to you.
1. Who is the Data Controller?
Labhouse Mobile, S.L., a Spanish company with its registered address at Plaça de Pau Vila, 1, Ciutat Vella, 08039 Barcelona, Spain, and CIF B04968699 (hereinafter referred to as “InvoiceFly”, “we”, or “our”), is the data controller for your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you interact with our website (invoicefly.com) or when we provide you with our services through our invoicing platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”).

2. What Services Does InvoiceFly Provide?
InvoiceFly provides a cloud-based invoicing and financial management platform tailored for independent contractors, freelancers, and small businesses. Our services include features such as:
- Quotation and proposal generation
- Invoice creation and delivery
- Time tracking and work logs
- Online payments
- Client communication and document management
In this context, InvoiceFly acts as the data controller of personal data provided directly by users who create an account on our platform.
Unlike traditional B2B service providers who process data on behalf of other employers (e.g., HR software), InvoiceFly users are directly responsible for their data, and we do not act as a processor on behalf of other organizations (except in limited collaborative projects where explicitly stated).
Examples of data we process:
- If you are a freelancer using our platform, we process the data you input such as your name, email, address, client contact information, and payment details.
- If you send an invoice to your client through our platform, we will process the recipient’s email address and company details for the purpose of delivering the invoice and recording the transaction.
3. What Personal Data Do We Process?
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
a. For leads and website visitors:
- Identifying and contact information: Full name, email address, phone number, job title, business name, industry, and country.

- Account data: Name, email, username, phone, company name, business type, and language preferences.
- Billing and payment data: VAT number, bank account (IBAN), payment history, billing address, and currency.

- Metadata and usage data: Data about how you use our platform, such as features accessed, frequency of logins, or number of invoices created.
c. Special cases:
- Data of minors: Our services are not intended for minors or anyone under the legal age to enter into a contract. If we become aware of such use, we will delete the data immediately.

5. Do We Share Your Personal Data?
We only share your personal data in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, CRM tools, email delivery providers, and analytics tools). These providers process data only under our instructions and for the stated purpose.
- With financial institutions or partners involved in processing your payments, refunds, or deposits (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

- Financial and invoicing records: retained for up to 6 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Marketing data: retained until you withdraw your consent or object to processing.
After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Request deletion of your data when it’s no longer needed.
